VOXEL has the unique opportunity to penetrate a the market of medical visualization technologies. Current standards at hospitals such as the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) rely on technology and software that are both limited and ineffective compared to what VOXEL offers. The chart below compares some of VOXEL's key advantages over these competitors, namely that it is able to be both patient specific and 3D on platforms that are intuitive and highly functional (VR and 3D Printing). Other groups such as Surgical Theater are beginning to delve into patient specific Virtual Reality, but unlike VOXEL, they are unable to make this process automated and streamlined into a comprehensive and easy to use package.
